Return Policy

At Lapis-Aureus Inc, we are committed to providing you with best quality Gemstones and best customer service to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not, you may return the product at its original state based on our return policy below.

Policy:

* Return/Exchange is allowed within 7-days from the time of receipt of the Gemstone/s by you (based on the shipping records).
* Product must be in its original condition without any damages when we receive the returned product. Sending the product without damage is customer’s responsibility.
* You will receive a refund in the amount of the item(s) purchase price minus shipping, handling, insurance charges and payment processing fees  and/or any local taxes applicable.
* Return Shipment/Insurance is at customer’s cost and must be pre-paid. We do not accept courier/postal fee cash on delivery.
* Additionally, any additional custom lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the Gemstone, shall not be refunded in the return payment
* Refund will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receive the return at our address. Please note that it may take few more days to reflect the refund in your bank statement.
* For your protection, return should be sent via mail/courier with insurance and tracking number.
* Returns or exchanges not allowed on customized / made-to-order products.

Return Process :

1) Contact us using above mentioned email/phone before initiating the return.
2) Pack the items safely and securely.
Note : Make sure that you keep all original objects that accompanied the Gemstone (i.e Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates etc)
3) Send through a reputed courier/post with insurance and tracking for the package . Take the courier tracking information and share with us
